At the monkey uncle, the product that we sell or you have in hand has passed through a good quality check process, however at rare times you may receive it what is not intended by you. For such situations, we have a in general unless specifically mentioned( in Product Description page) 7days return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please inspect your order upon reception. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging including all items delivered to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product meets all criteria of exchange but is out of stock or non deliverable in that case we may offers to buy similar product based on your choice or offer refund to you.

If reverse pickup not available then we will inform and then you can courier back to us with yours available means as per your convenience and we will refund the courier amount to you.

 

If any coupon code is used in shopping and refund is accepted based on this policy criteria then only the amount paid by customer to be only refunded. The benefit of offer and coupon is not to be included in refund.

To modify or cancel: The order can always be modified or cancelled until it is shipped from us, since we try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, kindly contact us immediately if you need us to modify or cancel your order(s).

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Caps, Baby Feeding items, Diapers, Pillow cover and Bed sheets ,custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on product sold during offer periods, flash sale, sale items or gift cards.

 

Return Initiation
Contact us at contact@themonkeyuncle.com within 7days if the item with purchase details like order number, buyers name and contact number along with photo of product to be returned, is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be shipped back also products not meeting return conditions mentioned in this policy will be shipped back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Based on Quality Check and Inspection by our team:

  • If item is Non- defective and meet all criteria of product:


     Credit NoteIf asked by customer credit Note will be issued means you will get coupon code with One Year validity from the date of purchase.

    Exchanges: The product is exchanged if available or similar product of equal amount be shipped.

  • If item is Defective (means any flaws in product) or wrong item shipped:

    Exchanges: The product is exchanged if available or similar product of equal amount be shipped.

    Refund: The amount paid by customer at the time of purchase to refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

If customer refuses to accept the order after exchange or replacement of product then Rs 50 as shipping and handling charge is levied.

This policy is subject to change/update depending on business needs however the policy that was active at the time of order purchase will be applicable for that return if any.
