At the monkey uncle, we have one of the simple just 7days return policy.
1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging including all items delivered to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. If reverse pickup not available then we will inform and then you can courier back to us with yours available means as per your convenience and we will refund the courier amount to you.
3. If any coupon code is used in shopping and refund is accepted based on this policy criteria then only the amount paid by customer to be only refunded. The benefit of offer and coupon is not to be included in refund.
6. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Caps, Baby Feeding items, Diapers, Pillow cover and Bed sheets ,custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
7. We cannot accept returns on product sold during offer periods, flash sale, sale items or gift cards.
Return Initiation Contact us at contact@themonkeyuncle.com within 7days if the item with purchase details like order number, buyers name and contact number along with photo of product to be returned, is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be shipped back also products not meeting return conditions mentioned in this policy will be shipped back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund: The amount paid by customer at the time of purchase to refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
